Craig was born and raised in British Columbia. Having a father as a pharmacist Craig learned from a young age the considerable impact one can make as a frontline health-care worker. After managing a community pharmacy in Surrey for 10 years Craig found an opportunity to practice in an innovative environment in Vancouver with a vision to expand the scope of pharmacy practice.

Craig’s unique and fresh ideas for achieving best health outcomes ultimately gained him national attention as winner of the 2017 Canadian Pharmacist of the Year. Craig shares his expertise in the role of lecturer, preceptor, and consultant with local and national health focused organizations.

After a family decision to move his wife and 3 kids to Kelowna, Craig is working to modernize the pharmacy experience for all people in the Okanagan.

Melissa was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley and holds degrees in Pharmaceutical Science and Environmental Chemistry. Her professional practice has covered a wide scope of pharmacy including renal dialysis, long term care, assisted living, diabetes education, rural, remote, and tele-pharmacy. She has 17 years of experience in multiple practice settings, including 12 years of pharmacy management with two well-known corporate banners.

During her time as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager, she discovered that her greatest motivation is helping patients of all walks of life, including those with diabetes, mental health issues, addictions, and the elderly. She believes strongly in supporting her community, and is currently a volunteer at the Bridge Youth and Family Service Society.

Melissa is known to be patient, kind, understanding, and has a passion for connecting with her clients at a personal level, putting care at the front of health-care. Melissa always goes above and beyond to ensure every patient gets the best care possible.
